OutlookとGoogleカレンダーを同期する方法 | office 365
ここでは、GoogleカレンダーのデータをOutlookカレンダー(インストールされているバージョン)に同期する方法について説明します。
作業時間:5分
Google カレンダーを開き、[(1)]を選択します。[Setting (gear mark)]および (2)[Settings].
「設定」ダイアログボックスが表示されます。(1) 選択[Calendar you want to synchronize](2)[Calendar integration].(3)[Select “iCal format private URL” and “Copy”].
Outlook(インストールバージョン)を開き、(1)を選択します。[Calendar].(2)「チェックマーク」を入れる[favorite calendar]選択 (3)[Add calendar](4)[From the Internet].
[新しいインターネット予定表のサブスクリプション]ダイアログ ボックスが表示されます。(1)[Paste ” “iCal format private URL”]とプレス (2)[OK]ボタン。
Microsoft Outlook ダイアログボックスが表示されます。[はい]ボタンを押します。
Google カレンダーのデータは Outlook に反映されました。Outlook を 1 回閉じます。
それでは、Googleカレンダーを開いてデータを変更しましょう。データの変更は、Outlook カレンダーにそのまま反映されますか?5月2日に「田植え」と入力してみましょう。
Outlook を再度開くと、Google カレンダー (5 月 2 日、田植え) で変更したデータが Outlook のカレンダーに反映されました。Outlook(インストールされているバージョン)とGoogleカレンダーの同期に成功しました。
ウェブ版では、GoogleカレンダーからOutlookカレンダーにデータをエクスポート/インポートすることができます。ただし、2020年4月20日現在、Googleカレンダーのデータに対する変更は、Outlookカレンダーに自動的に反映されません。
Googleカレンダーにデータを反映するには、それに応じてOutlookカレンダーにエクスポート/インポートする必要があります。
OutlookのカレンダーデータをGoogleカレンダーにエクスポート/インポートすることができます。ただし、2020年4月20日以降、見通しカレンダーでデータを変更しても、変更内容をGoogleカレンダーに自動的に同期することはできません。
