このセクションでは、Outlook を初期状態に戻す方法について説明します。

Outlookを初期化する前にバックアップを取ってみましょう。
[アウトルック]を開きます。[ファイル]タブを選択します。
(1) 選択[Open/Export]タブ, (2)[Import / Export].
インポート/エクスポートウィザードダイアログボックスが表示されます。
(1) 選択[Export to File]とプレス (2)[Next]ボタン。
ファイルのエクスポートダイアログボックスが表示されます。(1) 選択[Outlook data file (.pst)]とプレス (2)[Next]ボタン。
[Outlook データ ファイルのエクスポート]ダイアログ ボックスが表示されます。
(1) 選択[Folder you want to back up](2)を押します。[Next]ボタン。
[[See]ボタン。
[Outlook データ ファイルを開く]ダイアログ ボックスが表示されます。
(1) 選択[Storage location (e.g. desktop)](2)「ファイル名(例:バックアップ)」と入力し、(3)を押します。[OK]ボタン。
[Outlook データ ファイルのエクスポート]ダイアログ ボックスが表示されます。
(1) 選択[Favorite option]とプレス (2)[Complete]ボタン。
[Outlook データ ファイルの作成]ダイアログ ボックスが表示されます。
(1)「パスワード」と入力し、(2)「パスワードの確認」と入力し、(3)を押します。[OK]ボタン。
Outlook データ ファイルのパスワード ダイアログ ボックスが表示されます。
(1)「バックアップパスワード」を入力し、(2)を押します。[OK]ボタン。
Outlookデータファイルがデスクトップにバックアップされています。
Outlook でバックアップしたデータを復元するには、以下の記事の「バックアップされたメールを復元する」セクションを参照してください。
