ZoomのPowerPointを使用してオンライン会議やセミナーを主催するときに、画面上でスライドショーを共有する方法について説明します。

まず、ズームを起動する前に、PowerPoint起動します。ズーム会議を開始し、画面の下部にある[画面の共有]を選択します。
[共有するウィンドウまたはアプリケーションの選択]ダイアログボックスが表示されます。(1) 選択[PowerPoint (e.g. presentation .pptx)]とプレス (2)[Share]ボタン。
画面が黄緑色のフレームで囲まれ、画面共有が開始されました。スライドショー画面を共有する場合は、(1) を選択します。[Slideshow]タブ, (2)[From scratch]をクリックし、スライドショーモードに切り替えます。
スライドショー画面が表示されます。次のスライドを表示するには、左クリックまたは方向キーを使用して画面を操作します。画面共有を終了するには、[Stop Sharing]ボタンを画面に表示します。

プレゼンター表示画面のスライド部分のみをズームで共有する方法を紹介します。
まず、ズームを起動する前に、PowerPoint起動します。
ズーム会議を開始し、画面の下部にある[画面の共有]を選択します。
[共有するウィンドウまたはアプリケーションの選択]ダイアログボックスが表示されます。
(1) 選択[Details]タブ, (2)[Screen part]とプレス (3)[Share]ボタン。
黄緑色のフレームが画面に表示され、画面の共有が開始されました。
このとき、黄緑色の枠で切り取られた部分だけが画面上で共有されます。
PowerPointを開き、(1) を選択します。[Slideshow]タブ, (2)[From the beginning]をクリックし、スライドショーモードに切り替えます。
スライドショーモードに切り替えました。
選択 (1)[…](2)[Show presenter tool].
発表者ツール モード (発表者ビュー) が切り替わりました。
黄緑色のフレームをドラッグしてスライドに移動します。
さらに[Drag]「黄緑色の枠の四隅」をスライドの表示位置に合わせて調整します。
これで、スライドの表示部分のみの周りに黄緑色の境界線が配置されます。
画面右側の「次のスライド」と「メモ」は画面共有の対象外ですので、自分だけを確認しながら進めることができます。
画面共有を終了するには、画面の[共有の停止]ボタンを押します。

ズーム会議を開始し、画面の下部にある[画面の共有]を選択します。

(1) 選択[Details]タブ, (2)[PowerPoint as virtual background]とプレス (3)[Share]ボタン。
ファイルを開くダイアログボックスが表示されます。
(1) 選択[PowerPoint (e.g. presentation .pptx)]仮想背景に設定したい場合、(2)[Open]ボタン。
指定したPowerPointが仮想背景として表示されます。
ページを送信するには、[Arrow]ボタンが画面の下部にあります。
顔が写っている動画のサイズ変更や移動を行うには、(1) を選択します。[…](2)[Resize My Video].
「ビデオフレーム」が表示されるので、[Drag]をクリックしてサイズ変更または移動します。
vのサイズを小さくすることができましたイデオ。
顔が写っている動画を非表示にするには、(1) を選択します。[…](2)[Detach video from PowerPoint].
ビデオが非表示になり、スライドのみが表示されます。
顔が写っている動画を再表示するには、(1) を選択します。[…](2)[Merge video and PowerPoint].
ビデオが再び表示されました。
同時に接続する人が多いほど、ズームは重くなります。
画面共有操作中に画面がカクカクと低速になったり、スライドショーが動かない場合は、インターネット回線の状態やPCの仕様などが原因かもしれませんが、それらを除外した上で対策をご紹介いたします。
パワーポイントの重量を減らす(ファイルサイズを小さくする)ことで、大勢の人とのZoom会議でも画面のカクカクを減らすことができます。
